The strongest technical aspect of my work would be the fact that i captured black, white, and grey. Going into the next project i think i would work on my boarders. As you can see my borders aren't even all the way around. The easy part of the assignment was picking the negative picture that worked the best. Most of my negatives didn't come out good so picking one was easy. The difficult part of this activity was finding the perfect lighting. i found that it was always a little too dark or a little too light. Finally i found that F8 for 6 seconds with a 2 1/2 filter worked best. I demonstrated the objective by choosing one of my negatives and finding the best F stop to make a good picture. My end result had a good balance of black, white, and grey. If i could do activity again i would make sure i finished the picture in one day so i wouldn't have to start all over every time i came into class. Overall i am happy with the way my photo came out.

Coffee Camera
The strongest technical aspect of my work was that i captured the white, grey and black colors in my picture. I had to trouble shoot a lot because i wasn't getting the proper amount of light. I accidently used a full sized paper to trouble shoot so next time i will make sure to use only test strips until i am completely ready. The easy part of the project was making the coffee camera. I worked with a group on it so it was easy. The hard part was getting the proper amount of light into the coffee camera. I demonstrated the objective by getting black, grey and white onto my photo paper while using the coffee camera. If i were to do this project again i would make sure i did the test strip and the photo paper on the same day because i need the same amount of lighting.

Photogram
The strongest technical aspect of my work was my symmetrical photogram. I was able to capture all the colors including black, grey, and white. I was also able to do the same with my magazine photogram. I could've focused on the lighting when i was doing my landscape one. I only had grey and white. This tells me that it wasn't fully exposed to light. This also happened when i was doing my magazine photogram, but after trouble shooting i was able to do it again and fixed the problem. The easiest part of the assignment was the photo strip. I got a lot of help and was able to do it on the first time no problem. The most difficult part was figuring the lighting out. I made three types of photograms including a landscape, symmetrical, and magazine. I also made a photo strip to demonstrate the objective. If i were to do this activity again i would make sure i knew how to use the enlargers. I wasn't sure how to use them at first so i had to trouble shoot more then i should have.

The strongest technical aspect of my work would be the background. It is very simple. This project might have been the hardest one. I had a very hard time finishing this project. I had to restart many times. I had a lot of problems saving my file. The easiest part was putting the leaves on the brown background. The hardest part was cutting the pictures out using the lasso tool. I had to find what layer i was actually trying to cut and i had to take a step backwards many times. I demonstrated the objective by putting polaroids over the giraffe. If i could redo this project i would make sure my project is saved before i turned my computer off. i restarted many times because my projects wasn't there.

Facial re-touching
My strongest aspect of my work is my friend Bella and I teeth. I used the lasso tool to make them whiter. When looking at the finished product i noticed that my face is shiny and i should've edited that. The easiest part about this activity was making my eyes more blue. All i had to do was paint blue on my eyes. The most difficult part about this activity was trying to make my picture look better but always trying not to make it look to edited. I didn't want to make my face look to fake. I wanted it to look more natural. I edited my eyes, teeth, skin, and i added lipstick to my mouth and blush to Bella's cheecks. If i were to do anything different i would of learned how to use the tools better. Once i learned t was very easy for me.

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the desaturation and the color balance. I could of payed attention more so i wouldn't of struggled with this assignment. Once i received help i was able to add life into my photo by using the history brush allowing me to add color. I found this very easy. The most difficult part was remember all the steps to desaturating my photo. I started over several times. I demonstrated the objective by making the ocean my focal point in my picture. The rest of the photo was black and white. If i were to do this activity over again i would choose another picture with a better focal point. I didn't feel like the ocean was a good once to choose, but it seemed good at the time.

The strongest aspect of my work is my lines. At first I wasn't good at making straight lines, but then i kept working at it and i was about to make perfectly straight lines which makes my photo look much more clean and put together.
When playing around with the different blending options i couldn't find one that made my picture look good. I didn't use a blending option because my photo looked good as is.
the easy part about this project was painting. i used the dropper tool to get the most accurate color and it worked out good.
the difficult part of this photo was that i had to start over often because i wasn't using the tools properly. next time i use photoshop i will be able to use the tools more apporpreetly.
